You can still do some beneficial exercises that don't require machines, & workouts don't take long. Do some push ups, squats, & crunches. Also, you can tense your arm muscles & simulate the movement of lifting weights & just use the resistance of tensing your muscles. This really works!
One of the best things you can do, though, is buy a yoga/stability ball & sit on it in front of your computer instead of a regular desk chair. This works your core. Also, you can bounce & twist on it & burn calories that way. And of course, you can do situps on it. It's a great lil tool.
Good luck!

While sitting at your desk lift your legs and flex the muscles in them. Also squeeze your buttocks and stomach muscles too.
When you have to walk from your car park farther away and walk instead of parking close as long as it's safe. Also, take the stairs insrtead of the elevator. Then at home use cans to do several arm curls and lifts to keep the arms in shape. Using your arms lift your body off the wall and back like pushups off the wall. You can dance to favorite music around the house when cleaning or just bwing at home. Any movement is better than none. If you are really tired maybe ave the Dr. check your iron or hemaglobin to make sure you aren't anemic or the thyroid to make sure it isn'g low either. Also, exercise in the morning gives you energy. At night it wakes you up so don't do any too late. Like most things you have to make the time.

Try walking as much as you can. For example if you go to a store park waaaay in the back so your sort of sneaking in exercises during your day. Also always take stairs whenever you can. Dancing around while cleaning is an easy way to burn some cals to. You just really have to try and make an effort to move around.
Have fun with it!

By not Exercising, you may very well be making yourself tired. By tired, I mean groggy, lethargic etc...
You need to do things during the day to be truly tired. Unless you are active at work or picking up a baby and chasing after the dogs all day, you probably do not do as much as is actually needed to satiate your body's want to be truly tired.
On your lunch break at work, walk around the building instead of sitting in the break room/ coffee shop. Same can be done from your house- just make it a point to walk your block/ neighborhood once or twice a week. It will actually make you feel better to connect with your surroundings as well.
At home, make it a point to do aerobics while watching TV. If your fav show comes on from 8 to 8:30 every night, just do stretches and bends for that 30 minutes while watching TV. Also, depending on your health/weight situation, laying on your side and doing leg lifts will simulate most exercise machines. Your body parts weigh a lot most people's legs weigh 30 to 40 pounds plus- thats a lot of work to do 10 leg lifts on each leg.
Arm circles are easy to do while wathcing TV or reading hte news on the internet. Hold one or both arms straight out to from your sides and do tiny circular arm motions with the straight arm (clench your forearms and fists) and proceed to larger circles with unclenched fists. Also, going through the arm motions of jumping jacks, even while sitting, or at work at your desk will improve circulation, help keep you awake and is good for your bones/joint/ tendons.
Jumping jacks- there's a reason why jumping jacks are still used in Physical Phitness training. Do 20 jumping jacks three or four times a day to stimulate your body and keep you awake and mentally sharp. 20 jumping jacks should take 30 seconds to a minute for most people. Multiply that by 4 times a day and you can see that everyone has time. Take a break to the backyard or an empty room at work to do this if necessary to avoid people wondering what you are doing.
Sit ups and pushups are a real workout as well, but everyone hates them unless your stomach is already firm. To get your stomach firmer just takes bending and stretching and doing your arm circles (your stomach should automatically clench when doing the arm circles, if not, manually clench and unclench your Abs) After a while you can do a couple of sit ups without too much pain. Push ups are hard to do when your first starting, wait until a few weeks of aerobics before you plan on it not hurting.
Stair stepping- If you can, buy one of thse 8 inch plastic exercise steps they sell at fitness stores. In a pinch, your front walk or a sunken living room step will work, but it's hard to place it in front of the TV. By the way- its easiest to do most workouts during the news or a talk show. You wont notice the time flying by. With a stair stepper, you step onto the step with one foot, then the other, then step down with the first foot, and then the other. Do that 100 times and it's like walking up 5 stories of stairs. Make sure you so the motions as deliberate steps, and get your body weight fully supported by the stair. Make sure you switch off your lead foot every once in a while.
As mentioned before, soup cans make for hand weights. Everything you need to be fit is at your house.
Let me know if you need more help. Most of the time, all anyone needs is a "starter exercise" and they find all sorts of opportnities around them.
If you start doing these exercise daily, you will need less sleep. More active people's bodies repair faster and work more efficently, so they need less sleep.
Dont excercise before bed, or even in the bedroom. Try to do your exercises within an hour of waking and before/ after lunch. Just try to enjoy and look forward to exercising. you'll make time.

This is silly, but I dance around the house when I don't have time to exercise- like when I'm waiting for my food to finish in the microwave, while I'm brushing my teeth, or while I'm waiting for my shower to heat up. Also, try to take the stairs as much as possible.

When you walk, walk briskly and try a detour. Find excuses to walk a longer distance everyday.
When you exercise, even walking, you will find your metabolism and energy levels rising. It is the best antidote for tiredness.
