HEY i have long hair and i've decided to go short and i need awesum pictures to get my hair cut that way?

ID like shoulder length and maybe a bit longer and with side swept bangs would that short be a problem because i have a round face and thick frizzy hair and on top of that i want to color my hair a dark color with blonde highlight and brown and maybe red highlights ranging in width please help maybe itll look ugly but i havent seen pics with this.?
