It looks like it is an Americanized version of the name:

Schlender
Schlender
North German: nickname from an agent derivative either of Middle Low German slinderen ‘to dawdle’, ‘to go about aimlessly’, or of Middle Low German slinden ‘to swallow or devour’.

Schlimme
Usage: German

Means "bad" from the German schlimme

Siglingen is a small town, situated in the southwest of Germany, but not in Bavaria. If you like to, you can find it on Google, with maps and pictures. And most likely it´s the origin of the name Siglinger.
