I think you are just very in tune with the beauty and mystery of water. It is powerful, beautiful, and necessary for life. It is great to have such an appreciation as you do.
Maybe there is something of yourself that you see reflected in the rain, clouds and water. Maybe something about its fluidity, its versatility, its ability to calm (like in a gentle night rain), or its ability to cause fear (like in a heavy storm). Maybe there is something about it that reflects your interests in general. Only you can probably really know.

Become a meteorologist, I think rain and clouds, are nice, nothing like a chilly blustery day, and water, well, life is water. No water no life.

Maybe you have some kind of fettish??? OR maybe your mom didn't bathe youenough when you were little and it is buried in your mind and manifests itself by you being facinated with water!!! I like water a lot too!!!
