yeah its bad. you are starving yourself. And by starving yourself you are making your body retain more fat when you eat it. You are slowing your metabolism cause you are making sure your body isnt going to get regular meals so it conserves like crazy what it has. and it will eat muscle mass and making you very unhealthy and unattractive.

If you want to look good. Eat high priotiens and work out alot. youll build muscle which is sexy regardless what gender you are and they will be tone and firm. Not to mention you will be healthy. Thats what you want isnt it?

1) If you're going to eat to be healthy-stay away from MC D's, Burger King, Wendy's and all fast food places.
2) Any calories consumed under 1000 a day, and your body will switch into starvation mode, and you will NOT lose any weight.
3) Try to eat small meals throughout the day-meals -not snacks-include lean protein (chicken, turkey) and lots of fruits and vegetables-BTW carbs are not bad for you, they are the energy your body runs on
4) Water is great-lots of it
5) Exercise-resistance training is key-muscle burns 50X more calories than fat. Try to get in 45 min to an hour 3-4 times a week. Everyday is too much, your body needs to rest as well. If you don't know how, try asking for help.
6) 1-2 pounds weight loss a week is considered healthy.
7) Don't do fad diets- change your lifestyle-lifestyle changes stick-diets don't.
8) Everything in moderation! If you must have chocolate-have a small piece-not a whole chocolate bar.

I work with a personal trainer, and trained with him for about a year and did a lot of brain picking during that time!

There's a free website www.fitday.com that will track your calories taken in and calories burned through activities to let you know what you might need to change. It also tracks protein, carbs, and fats.
Good Luck!

YES! Most people should be eating between 1500-2000 calories a day which should include fruits, vegetables, and all that good stuff. You need to start eating regular meals. If you eat regular meals 3-5 times daily and eat proper foods, (as well as exercise), you will lose weight more successfully and in a healthier way.

a healthy diet is extremely important in the weight loss process but its important to diet right dont go for starvation or fad diets like low carb diets just eat healthy its that simple we all know whats healthy and whats not . also exercise is VERY important if you want to lose your stomach or arm flab or any other fat in any other part of your body try running or walking or swimming, maybe bike riding or you can pick up a sport it doesnt matter as long as your active try exercising 30-60 minutes everyday and doing 100 crunches every other day will help too and i also recommend you drink lots and lots of water
hope this helps
good luck

hate to say it but you may be on your way to developing an eating disorder. if you consume almost no adequate nutrition and feel guilty about it you are in trouble. there are more important things then how much weight on the scale. your diet has a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. you only have one life and once your health deteriorates and starts to fail it's like a snowball effect constantly getting worst

The people in the Nazi death camps were given 600 calories a day, and they all died.
Give yourself at least 1,000 to 1,200 calories.
