you can for a couple of months, put them in a good ziplock and press out as much air as you can at time of sealing, then put them in the freezer for up to two months, the trick is to make sure you get as much air out as you can without squishing the rolls

Can Croissants Be Frozen

Yes they can, but remember that Frozen is not fresh. After you have frozen them, when you are ready let them thaw out and put in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up. Good as new. Good Luck

Just let them stand on the counter for about an hour don't go too long otherwise they do loose their shape and get a bit drippy. You probably will have to cook them in the oven for about 30 minutes and thawing just reduces heating time. It's best to cook them in a regular oven rather then toaster and definitely not microwave. It's kind of strange that freezing isn't recommended, it usually is so it doesn't change the flavor, even keeps them fresher. Depends on the brand i guess. Make sure they aren't the ones that are supposed to thaw overnight, it will be in the directions, because some need time to expand.

I double bag mine and freeze them. They're not quite as good when thawed, but better than left at room temperature for more than 2 days where they just dry out.

Yes, you can freeze them--in zip loc bags, with the air pressed out. Micro them for 10 seconds before using. You can recrisp them in a toaster oven.

wont be as good but when you thaw them throw them in the microwave before eating to help soften them a bit.

Use fresh when you can.
