I haven't worked there in 3 weeks and I thought since I wasn't on the schedule that I was fired but I just checked the new schedule and I am still on there. So what do I do?

Call your boss and tell him or her that since you weren't on the schedule for three weeks, you found another job so won't be available any more.

you do not want to burn your bridges...sit down with your old job and explain to them that you feel it is time to move on somewhere more beneficial for you, and that you have enjoyed working there and appreciate the opportunity they gave you to work with them as well as the earned experience

Just call them and tell them you got a better job and hang up on them or just dont show up for your shifts...
Either way, prepare to not use them as a reference haha.
