Assume you mean pronounce or spell. Answer to that is the same as you have it now. Names do not change from one language to another. There may be equivalents - John, Juan, Ian, Ivan, Jean are all from the same root and are equivalent to English 'John'. But someone named John Smith would still be John Smith in Germany, France, Russia, Spain - wherever.

For the names you listed, there are no Latin equivalents. The first two appear to be recently coined names with no historical basis and Phillips is derived from Greek roots, not Latin.
