5. Uh? I didn't know the the news was something I could have "faith" in. News is SUPPOSED to be [and note my use of the phrase SUPPOSED TO BE] the factual recounting of current events and newsworthy topics. The BIBLE, however, is a book of FAITH, having to do with what we BELIEVE in. Ergo... to answer you question, which really has only one answer, I believe in the BIBLE more than the news, because news is not a "faith" issue, and thereby is discounted. Go ask your teacher!
What do I get besides my 2 pts and a pat on the back?

1. Yes! Catholic.
2. Of course, it's a collection of holy scripture.
3. Everything in the Bible is useful for teaching.
Some books are history, some are myth, some are fiction.
4. The Bible is timeless, it covers over 2000 years.
5. The News is just factual reporting, at best;
but it is usually innaccurate & biased with opinion.
This Bible was written by many different people over time.
It is not to be interpreted literally, you need guidance.

By the way, statistically speaking, you are not going to get scientific results this way. Posting your questions on here will only yield bias in your resulting data. You may want to take a more scientific approach to sampling for your survey.
