Please take her to the vet... anytime you notice swelling of the face its some sort of allergic reaction. Possibly a bee sting, spider bite, or worse a snake bite. all of which can become very serious very quickly especially if you notice pale gums, vomiting, shortness of breath, or panting. Try giving reg strength diphenhydramine (Benadryl)1mg per pound. The itchy ears is probably a result of the swelling not the other way around.

It sounds like an allergic reaction to something,or,it could be an abcess.Could she have been stung by a bee? If her face is swollen, you need to get her to a vet,as the swelling could spread to her throat.Do you have any Benadryl on hand? If you do,give her one or two ( the dosage is 1 mg.per pound of body weight) make sure it is just plain Benadryl, with NO Tylenol or decongestants. Then, get to an emergency vet asap.

Probably allergies and/or infection but no one here can tell you. Not even someone on here saying they are a Vet or Vet tech can tell you because a Vet would have to look at your dog to tell you what is wrong or might be wrong and how to treat it. Sorry your dog is feeling so bad and hope you can get her to a Vet to be treated so something serious doesn't happen.

Perhaps you used the wrong shampoo. Perhaps you used the right stuff and failed to rinse this off totally. I think that you should use warm water and rinse her coat again and again. Hopefully you can do this either in the shower or the bath, give her a good scratch when you are doing this. If she is still itchy in the morning, this could be the result of a bite and she will need antihistamines FROM THE VET.

Your dog could be allergic to something or got bitten by fleas. If you dog has a skin allergy, he/she could be scratching until it is scarred. I am sure you don't want that. Or the dog could have an ear infection, if not treated, the dog will become deaf. I am sure you don't want your dog to lose any senses, especially their hearing. They could potentially scratch their ears until it falls out.
Please take your dog to the vet immediately. Do not self treat your dog by giving it over the counter medicine. You are not a vet.

She has had an allergic reaction to something. Depending on her size, go get some regular benedryl and either give her a whole one or a half of one if she is small. It will help her and will not hurt. I used to give my lab/pit bull mix one daily because of allergies.
