Im going into the 8th grade...for this summer...I worked out about every other day...and my muscles are starting to form and everything..but I want a little extra push also...what muscle supplements would you suggest for me to take...please dont give me that stuff about me being too young...just give me an answer please!

I have already asked doctors if it will stunt my growth..they said it was alright if I lift weights...just dont overdo it!

The only things that you need are protein and glutamine. Protein will help build and strengthen your muscles and gltamine will help out with recovery. At your age you need as much recovering as possible. And depends on your diet you might need a good multy vitamin

At 13, I wouldn't be taking any muscle supplements without asking a physician! Don't go experimenting with things that you're unfamiliar with, or at least until you get the high sign from a doctor.

take whey protein supplements. once a day! do not take more than that. dude, im 16 and i've been working out for 4 years now but i started my serious bodybuilding when i was 15. sorry, but your body is not ready right now. now u should be active but avoid lifting weights. sorry man, but dont worry. you'll look awesome by the time you're 17!
