I think he meant "Ramen Noodles", but he just wanted to flow/mesh with "eatin' in Rome".

Oh, I get it - he's eating in Rome while you're eating Roman noodles!

Of course he means spaghetti - only he gets the authentic stuff and you get the Prince out of a box! Well, I guess he could afford it! Imagine all the fossil fuel that is spent on his dinner ticket!

Roman noodles = spaghetti.

The cheap sodium-filled things in a packet are RAMEN noodles. I don't even eat them and I know that much.

I never heard of Lloyd Banks, and several million people eat in Rome every day, and it's "RAMEN" noodles, not "ROMAN", and I had Filet Mignon tonight, but thanks.
