First, figure out where you got confused first. Go back to that section and review it until you understand it. Remember, all math classes are built on previous math classes, so if you're confused in the first one, chances are, you'll be confused in the second one. If you don't understand something, get help!!!

Find a peaceful and quiet place where you can study and focus on your work. Study as hard as you can, and ask for help. There is no shame in needing help. We are all human. I don't know how old you are, but I am going to tell you something that my mother told me when I was little, "It's not the highest grade that matters, the most important thing is that you do your best. You are intellegent. You can do it! (smile)
P.S.: Take care of yourself physically: getting enough sleep at night, eating right, and exercising. Remember: the mind can't function if the body is suffering.

There are online tutors. You might even check with your local library to see if they offer a homework help program that uses a company called Brainfuse.

A book I used-Trouble Shooting Mathematics-gave me tips on short cuts to some answers-I do not recall the author's name. You could possibly find something similar if you go to a library.

Yes, make sure you do away with all distractions and don't fall behind. What level of math is this? Does the teacher know you are having trouble?

Tell your teacher that your having some problems with the math and maybe theyll tutor you so you can understand it better

You don't say what grade level you are in.
Speak to your teacher & ask for some help.
If you can afford it, there are tutors available.

There are web-sites which help with homework.

practice find a tutor - look online for math practice programs - i dont know how old you are or what grade you are in or i would suggest a few web sites
