I sometimes buy them, but prefer to make my own, so I can govern how much fat is on the meat I mince.

Sometimes I buy the hamburger patty, and other times I buy the ground beef and make my own patties.

Usually the premade kind, the type which are basically just ground beef, the same as I would make at home, without a press though some will end up bigger or thicker than others if made by hand, it might cost slightly more but if you are having people over everyone gets the same size.

I make my own patties. I like to mix spices into my patties like finely chopped onion, garlic, seasonings, hickory or worcestershire, steak sauce or bbq sauce. It just depends onthe type of burger I want. The frozen patties don't have any taste unless you let them thaw out and mix spices in them.

Both really, just depends........some times I buy bubba burgers cause they are good and convenient, sometimes when ground beef is on sale I get that and make burgers and meat balls and things like that.

I make my own:
Ground chuck
chopped onion
season salt
steak season
garlic powder
black pepper
I use my skillet or put in oven!!!

For large parties we always buy them. At my in-laws, we make them. Both Good!! :)
