First I would have your husband find employment back in Australia so that you have an income when you finally arrive in Australia. I am assuming that you are able to temporarily stay with some of his relatives for a short time after arriving in Australia.

Secondly --Go to the local Australian Embassy or Australian Consulate and lodge an application for a "spouse visa" for yourself. You will need copies of you wedding certificate, wedding photographs, your birth certificate and other forms of ID plus photocopies of your husbands passport --- all certified. You will also need proof of income an finances so you will need to also take your bank statements etc with you.

Thirdly -- Just wait for several months until your visa is finally approved. It will be a "Spouse Visa" which is a 2-year temporary visa which can be then extended into a permanent visa at the end of that two years,
