No, I act like a grownup and get over it and move on and clean them myself when I get a chance. Accidents happen.

No. In polite society, they would apologize, and you would accept it. It is considered to be an accident. However, in "gangbanger country" you have been "dissed", and then you lay a cap on the dude.

Given that the person stepped on my shoes by accident, I wouldn't do anything..........except say "ouch" (hoping she/he will say "sorry")
