I take this occasionally for migraines but it makes me quite "loopy" and out of it for 8 hours or so afterwards. I also get really tired. is this normal?... or this just post-migraine symptoms?

Im 17 and i get migraines about twice a month. And every time I have one, I have to get an injection of heavy painkillers. But if its just a minor migraine, I feel drousy and ill for at least 24 hours. My mum gets them too and we call them "migraine hangovers".
I think its pretty much just your body readjusting to the state it was before you had the migraine.
Migraines do knock your body about alot.
