It seems to me they want the weight to come off in 2 weeks which took them one year to put on. Maybe they have come to that critical moment and don't know how to handle it. What thinkest thou on it?

i agree. there are all these people who are like, "how can i loose 10 lbs by next week?" when are they going to realize that, unless they cut off a limb, it's not going to happen.

Yep, cause its frustrating to not be able to just LOSE It. So people try and hope they'll be able to lose a ton of weight in 2 weeks, even though its not possible. Just hard to change your whole life of eating and no exersise.

Weight loss is something that cannot be rushed. If you lose it too quickly, you will gain it back too quickly.

Doctors say that a 1-2lb. weight loss per week is healthy enough. Every little bit helps.
