Yes, I went to camp as a kid; worked at a camp as a teenager and now I work at a camp in the summer as an adult (teach the other 9 1/2 months). I went to Camp Lakewood in Potosi, MO--it is a coed YMCA camp and it was so much fun! Mostly I remember swimming across the lake and back, and horseback riding. I worked this past summer at a Girl Scout camp way down in Mississippi (Camp Wahi in Brandon, MS) and it is really a great place. The camp I worked at in highschool was an all-year round camp. I think you can find all kinds. Try looking at the American Camp Association. Have fun!
