"Think for yourselves and let others enjoy the privilege to do so too". I say it is way past the time for Hunters to be tolerant of other peoples perceptions of Hunting*. Those who have not Hunted are not speaking from experience and therefore they lack credibility to be even putting down or criticizing, condemning and complaining about those who do enjoy the sport and the harvesting of a renewable resource*. Hunter, Fisherman, Sportsman, Conservationist for many years*. They may have a voice, but it is meaningless to those who enjoy the activity and are true sportsman that abide by the game laws and enjoying preparing meals from what they have harvested *....

I don't think anyone has ever compiled all the states to see how many licenses are issued each season but I'd bet there are a hundred thousand or better.I know Hunters are the ones actually helping Bambi out, not PETA.

I do! a PETA member met me in a field one day while I was hunting in MI he was running his Mastiff through the woods , I kindly asked he if he had seen anything; he replied just a couple of turkeys. I kindly gave him a bird. He left without it.

I still hunt, moose, caribou, brown & black bear, elk, bow and rifle. I also trap mink, hare, ermine and beaver. I am a member of PETA, People Eating Tasty Animals.
Actually PETA is a great example of the U.S. spirit. To bad they chose such a stupid cause.

Ditto to everything you said! The legislature in Arkansas added an ammendment to the state constitution making it a right (not a privilege) to hunt in our state. Peta sucks but in this country they have that right, to suck that is.

I'm surprised PETA hasn't given negative feedback yet. They must be slacking. or maybe there to busy buying pre-packaged meat b/c they like having others do there dirty work for em.
