why would you??? Man meatloaf is my favorite meal..love it. Of course if she can't cook then you might want to go home to moms to eat tonight.

You sound like you are unsure of the impeding future.. your impeding future. Only you know you wife.. Does your wife cook often? Does she know how to cook? If not, and this is one of her first attempts at cooking, are you afraid she will be so bad that you will need medical intervention? Have her other attempts at cooking left you sick? If you were sick other times she cooked it could have been by coincidence.
If you are so afraid of getting sick, then rush home if you are not home and help her out. Make sure she is following all the recipe steps and read the ingredients and quantities she is putting in one by one. Do not let her know that you are worried about her cooking. Stay calm and relaxed.. You do not want her to suspect you are worried about your life.
Bring home some flowers and some wine, and here's hoping you will enjoy a fine meal... Good Luck.

Maybe you should be thankful that you have a wife that loves you and cooks for you. It may not be the worlds most healthiest meal but, at least she made you a hot meal.
( if I was her and knew that you wrote this question it would be pb&j's for dinner tomorrow)
