First off, it is not a painting, but a limited edition copy of an original etching. If it were a Picasso painting it would be worth millions.

Because it is a limited edition Picasso etching (one of 260) and it is both signed and has Picasso's trademark watermark to authenticate it my guess it would cost a collector of his drawings and etchings at least $50,000. That is if it were for sale. And depending on how many copies from the original print run are still in existence and accounted for, the price could be higher.
