I'm 18, and I'm a UK 6 stone. I have always had this annoying round stomach which hangs over my jeans, even when I am underweight It will never go away. No matter how much I excersize, no matter how less or much I eat, It never goes away. Could there be a medical reason for it? Or is there anything I can pay for to get rid of it? Please help. It's seriously getting me down in life.

I have the same problem. At this point in life, it is mainly caused by having four babies, but I had the "pooch" even BEFORE any of my pregnancies. In my case, it is caused by something called "diastasis recti"...check out this website:

Being underweight doesn't necessarily mean less excess fat around the stomach. I would concentrate on becoming more active and burning those extra calories. Drink lots and lots and lots of water too. It makes you feel better as well as replenish your body.

instead of focusing on how much you weigh you need to focus on decreasing your body fat % and changing your body composition. when body fat is under control there are no "trouble areas"

you need to strengthen your stomach muscle. they should help hold everything in. make sure you do normal crunches and side crunches and leg lifts.
