Is it possible that fat in your body can migrate to another place , for instance from belly to chest or elsewhere. Ca it take another form as time passes and body ages?

i dont think so. im not sure though. you might have lost it in one place and then gained it back in another

Well, the answer depends somewhat on timeframe. It is absolutely true that you cannot target fat in a particular area by exercising that area. Fat loss occurs proportionally over your entire body and ONLY ocurs by maintaining a calorie deficit.

As you age, your fat deposits slowly migrate from subcutaneous to visceral. Between the ages of 20 and 60, the fat under your skin will be reduced by half. If you maintain the same body fat % over that timeframe, all of that previously subcutaneous fat will end up in your abdominal cavity wrapped around your organs.
