Here's one idea. lets say you use photoshop or even powerpoint to do this: 1. Make sure the image of your face and the image of the skull are sized equally (the eyes match the eye socket position, the noses, and the mouth etc.....make sure the image borders are taken into notice (i.e. the dotted line in which the images are) 2. The face would be on one file or one slide (for powerpoint) and the skull would be open in another file or slide. 3. Now Print the face, but assign page borders according to your liking. the top + bottom border and the 2 side borders should be adjust properly. TAKE NOTE of the values of the borders, u will need them. 4. Once the face is printed, re-insert the paper into printer such that when u print again, it'll appear on the back side. 5. Align the skull image on the page with the exact same borders you used for the face image. Aligning the borders would be enough, because you've already made sure that the two images' -skull and face- are matching when overlapped. 6. Print the skull image! This SHOULD work if you do it right :)

Somewhere in your printer options you should be able to put more than one file on each page.
Easier still is to get a simple photoprint programme. There's so many out there would be hard to suggest.
Check out download.com and you can grab one for free.

Picasa by google will do that download it for free. Just open each photo and hold it in the toolbar, then choose print style and drag each photo to the proper place .

you want a printmaster software this allows you to open multiple images and size them to what you want them but you have to remember to use the mirror tool so it's the right way round when you take it off transfer paper.

Depending on which printer you have you should find a program in the printers software to print several images in one go! :)
