Smirnoff Ice has roughly the same amount of alcohol by volume that beer has. Regular Smirnoff has much more, roughly 40% ABV.

I estimate Smirnoff is appx 70-80 proof which is 35-40% alcohol. The Proof is marked on the bottle label. Check it out.
