definitely, Gouda. I think it's the best yellow cheese ever. It tastes so good, yammmmmm. I most definitely recommend it to you. Try it, it's extraordinary.

Never met a cheese I didn't like, but maybe my biggest endulgence is brie, wrapped in puff pastry and baked....so gooey and delicious!

meunster cheese is really good, but i cant stand mushy cheeses like cottage, feta, and cream cheese.
