for thoes of you who dont know she is the leader of the church orginazation that hold up awful signs at soliders funers such as thank god for IED's and such

do you think she should be allowed to do the things that she does?

and do you think that someting should be done to stop her such as a law or other punsiment towards her?

I'm just flabbergasted that some Americans think "Freedom of Speech" means anyone can say anything they want at any time. Yes, we have the ability and the outlet to express ourselves freely. However, one of the tenets of our Constitution is the well-being of the American People as a whole over the rights of the individual. So as soon as we started defending one person's right to offend an entire segment of our population at the expense of our national well-being, we moved away from what our forefathers intended. If people want to peacefully and respectfully demonstrate in a public forum, I have no problem with that. But to show up as they do at the funeral of a military serviceman who died in the line of duty is hurtful and arrogant, disrespectful to the dead, the family and friends he left behind, to the entire country, and to God's word. Where they get biblical justification for their actions is a mystery to me.

They do have in place laws that require them to protest a certain distance from the cemetery, many towns that are heavy with military also put into place things to help in the respect of the fallen.
As for her and the followers they are free to do all of this because of the brave, they don't seam to understand that so they need to pack their sorry butts onto a plane headed to were ever their little hearts wants to be. Once they live that life then and maybe then they will have a little more appreciation for this country and support it more.

I hope her, and everyone associated with this group, gets hit by an effin train. These ******* were at my friends funeral, but could i do anything, no because i was still on crutches from getting hit by an ied in iraq. Thank god for the guys on the motorcycles otherwise i would have tried to stick one of my crutches down their throats.
How can they use the freedom of speech as their defense for their just plain sickening behavior. I can't wait for one of their children to die, than im going to their funerals with a big god damn sign that just says HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

I do think there should restrictions on protesting funerals. She has every right to say whatever she wants, as this is America and we have free speech- but that just isn't the appropriate place to do so.
