Well, although I am not kraftcanada.com, I would say of course you can grill a pizza, people often do. Simply use indirect heat. Meaning, hopefully you have a gas grill, if so turn on one side and put the pizza on the other side, close the lid and keep an eye on it. Enjoy!!!

Now, if you simply wanted to ask if you could barbeque a frozen pizza...no.

If you want to cook one using a bbq - use a propane bbq, and cook a *thawed* pizza on a cookie sheet on low heat until the cheese melts and the crust is a golden brown. Check the underside of the crust periodically to ensure the entire pie cooks.
