I'm 14 years old and erm .. I'm dating a 17 year old. (I turned 14 last week. He's turning 18 in December.) Anyway, We've been dating for about 6 months and I've already explained to him that I'm a virgin, and not having sex until marriage. He says he respects that and he doesn't want to push me into something I'm not ready for. Well .. He keeps telling me he loves me and how he can't wait to marry me. (WTF!) I'm thinking he can't wait to marry me because he's so anxious to have sex with me. Are my suspicions correct??

Listen to what many of your answerers here are saying. Do not let him change your mind. He can't wait to marry you? You're only 14.... you can't! I do not know the laws in your state, but this could be statutory rape, depending on the age of consent. Anyway, you are 14. Enjoy school life and being with friends your age. You will soon become 18 and wish you enjoyed being 14.

Sounds like he wants you to think he wants to marry you in hopes that you will give up your virginity early. However, you know him better than all the readers do and you can tell when he is sincere or not. Just dont give in and see how long he lasts. If he is truly in love with you and wants to marry you, then he will not pressure you into doing something that you are not ready for. If he does try to pressure you, then he is not very sincere.

Of course. Every woman should always trust their gut instincts. I swear, God gave us that gift, we just don't listen to it when we should sometimes!
