Ok! there is 2.20 pounds to a kilogram. There is 1,000 grams in a kilogram. There is 16oz. to a pound. There is 35.27 oz.s to 2.20 pounds. those are your relationships you have to work with.
so what you do first is divide 1,000 (kilogram) by 35.27 (ounces) which gives you. you'll come up with 28.35 grams to the ounce now simply multiply that by two. which gives you 56.71 grams or rounded off 57 grams in 2 ounces.
Answer is:
2oz. = 56.71 grams
or rounded off
2oz. = 57 grams.

You will be getting slightly difference answers because of rounding off while working problem between different people answering your question. Don't let it throw you just differences in how far we carried out the decimal places.

56-60, depending on how pickily accurate it needs to be. I usually just use 30g per ounce, but technically, it's 28. I can't get worked up over 2/28 of an ounce, however.
