If you mean this is truly a sub - as in a hoagie, with lettuce and tomato - you'll want to remove any lettuce from the sandwich first (the tomato can be left if you don't mind it cooked). I put a small pan of water on the bottom shelf of the oven, heat the oven to 300 or 325 degrees Fahrenheit, wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and reheat (on the top shelf, of course) for about 10-15 minutes. This should keep the roll on the soft side - not soggy - and melt the cheese nicely. If you like the roll more crispy, increase the temperature to 350.

Open it up and put the two sides on a cookie sheet and into a preheated 325 degree oven. Doing it this way will give you a more crispy sub than if you stick it in the microwave where no matter what you do it will be soggy!

The fastest way is on lower power in the microwave.
The nicest way is wrapped in foil and popped into the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

I use a microwave, but i'm sure you could put it in the oven at like 250 degrees and warm it up like take for maybe 5 - 10 min.

I would wrap it tightly in tinfoil and put it in a low oven....275F or so for about 8-10 min depending on the size.
You don't want to scorch it, just get it all melty again.

wrap it in cling wrap and microwave it for 2 or 3 minutes the cling wrap will stop the roll drying out and the meat will be nice and tender
