If you take a close look at the parables Christ teaches regarding heaven and hell (the seed that fell on the good ground, the separating of goats and sheep, the wedding feast thrown by the rich man, the king who forgives a debt, but the debtor doesn't, the crumbs off the master's table for Lazarus),...they are all about lack of forgiveness or understanding; being stubborn and refusing to learn, refusing to serve. Impeding the works of the Holy Spirit in yourself, allowing the world to overcome you.
Always keep a tender heart within you. Do not hold a grudge and love those around you with understanding and encouragment.

No. Blaspheming the Holy Ghost means constantly rejecting His pleadings so that eventually you can no longer hear Him, and thus are lost because you have cut off your only means of communication with your only means of salvation. It would be like being on a desert island and breaking the only two-way radio you have. Another analogy would be like setting your alarm clock, but then every morning you automatically push the "snooze" button, so that eventually you no longer hear the alarm clock.
If you have to ask "Have I committed the unpardonable sin?" Then you haven't.

Have you done something that you think is blaspheming? The only way you do this is by not accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, by not listening to the Holy Spirit draw you to Jesus.

No, to refuse to profess Christ any longer after one originally did is. This is called apostacy as well. We all break promises; sadly, it's true. But that's why Jesus died for us, so that our sins could be wiped away. He told us also not to be so quick to make vows, since we are so liable to break them.

No.
Just apologize for being weak and stupid, and get on with your life.
