You can yes, it is possible. However it is only possible via a company called Top up TV (http://www.topup.tv/) and your box needs to be adapted for this service (not sure if yours is, but you can find out if it has a slot for inserting a card at the front or a key pad for pressing numbers in...normal Freeview boxes don't have either). This will allow you to pay for extra channels that Freeview does not offer currently. The other thing, not sure if you have ever noticed, retune your box every 2-3 months as new channels get added to Freeview all the time and do not appear without a retune!
i hope this helped you.

If you go into the menu and select the tuning menu there should be an auto-tune option. (You'll need it tomorrow because Channel 4 are messing with C4+1, E4 and Film4 channels.) According to my Freeview box Setanta is on Channel 34.

You'll probly have to use the automatic rescan option i dont think you can manually tune these boxes in. There should be a reset button on the box somewhere, prob on the back. When i got mine i had to rescan a few times cause it wasnt finding all the channels and i was missing stupid ones like channel 5 etc. Try that or ring the company you got it from or the manufactuer.
I dont know much about that satanta just seen the advert, do you have to pay for it?if you do then you will have to have a box that excepts a top-up card.
Hope this helps you .

Your Freeview box will automatically tune itself to all available channels. If it doesn't then you're seeking a subscription channel.
This is a bit of a cheek considering that they still call it Freeview, but that's commerical television for you. Remember that they only exist to make money for the shareholders. Providing you with a tv service is just the means of doing it.
There are normally two ways to get these: buy a Top Up Tv card (search the Net for how to get one) or you set up a direct (e.g. credit card) payment with the channel provider, who will then send you instructions on how to receive their channel.

Setanta Sport isn't a free channel, it is scrambled. You have to pay to unscramble the signal.
You will only be able to receive it if you cough up for the subscription.
