Rather than laser surgery what I would recommend is going to a good artist that can match your skin tone in ink and have them completely ink over the old tatto in skin color. It looks like you never had a tat there and then later on if you want one there then they can tat over the skin tat. And in answer to C Lo the reason I recomend this is because I have one that was skinned over and you cant tell that there was ever one there. Just because she and her freinds have tats and she knows a few artists doesnt make her an expert and perhaps she has just never encountered a good professional ink artist. As my hubby did mine I think I tend to know what I am talking about.

Laser surgery but be WARNED its better to tattoo over it and get something new because even with laser ive seen people with white faded out scars after doing it who really regret it now

I wouldn't listen to Thumpergirl_1979....you CANNOT cover tattoo a fleshtone ink over a tattoo to cover it up and then do another tattoo over it....tattooing is not like painting. you have two options.
Go get a laser treatment or get it covered up by a by getting another tattoo over it. Be sure to go to a good professional tattoo artist and show them what you want to cover up. They can work with you to come up with something to fix it up good.....remember you can only go darker in ink, not lighter.

1) Buy a laser
2) Plug in said laser
3) Burn the tattoo off.

laser treatments are the only way... no creams or anything else will work... if it is just the design you don't like, look into getting it covered up... if you don't want a tattoo, your only option is a laser treatment... good luck

There are some creams you can use. These may or may not help. Laser therapy can be effective. Surgery. Dermabrasion. Etc.
