i have seperate word documents of mailing labels. is there a way i can select the 20 documents and compress them and turn it into one document?

use the "merge" function and follow the directions. It's not that hard.

Open the first document, then Insert the remaining 19 documents.

I'd be surprised if you can't. I don't have Word on this computer, but my word processor has an 'insert file' option in the Insert menu. If Word has that, just go to the end of your document, choose that option, and choose the file you want to append, then repeat for your other files.

Highlight everything, cut, 'n paste.

There may be some slick "wizard" way of doing it, but it will probably take you longer to figure it out than it will to just do it.
