Depends on the parents blood types. If the parents have the same blood type, the kids should be the same. If the parents have differing blood types it is possible for the children to have differing blood types.

yes, there are 4 different blood types: A, B, AB, and O. Genes that you inherit from your parents (1 from your mother and 1 from your father) determine your blood type. Genotypes are inherited from your parents and the phenotype is the expression of these two genotypes.
Phenotype A produced by genotypes AA or AO
Phenotype B produced by genotypes BB or BO
Phenotype AB produced by genotypes AB
Phenotype O produced by genotypes OO

Your husband apparently doesn't possess the D protein on the outside layer of his red blood cells. In other words, he has a - Rh factor or a negative "Rhesus Factor" & is most likely an A- blood type.

Yes. There are four primary blood types. The most common ones are O, A, B, and the least common is AB. Our blood type is determined by the "alleles" we inherit from our parents. There are three common alleles: A, B, and O. We receive two alleles, one from each parent. That leaves a possible combination of:
AB = Blood type AB
AA = Blood type A
BB = Blood type B
OO = Blood type O
AO = Blood type A
BO = Blood type B
Hope that helps.

I have always wondered that. Both of my kids have the same blood type. I don't know my husbands but mine is "A-" and both of my kids are "A+"
