In a very real sense that is what the Internet has started to do for the people of the world. As yet not all people have access to it and some who have access have not gotten "free access." As my son says "you can find out anything by looking it up on the web." But even with this some do not have the will or feel they have the time to thoroughly research a question. So I don't imagine it will change the situation very much; after all there have been libraries available to many people for a long time but few use them.

There, I told you what I imagined although you didn't ask; that's what I'm doing!
