do when the event is held,like what fun activities i can do,i know i cant watch fashion shows because u have to be designer atleast and invinted but what other things happen there

Do you live in New York? Our local access channels carry the shows that evening or the following day so you can see what the designers are doing. There are also wrap shows and trend talk shows on them. WNYC tv carries some of them but there are a couple other channels that air stuff around fashion week.
The next one is the Spring 08 show which takes place September 5th -12th 2007 in New York City.

we'd all love to be designers, but for now you can tune in channel 25 at 8 or 9 pm during the week to look at shows. I like that idea of getting a bunch of your friends wear your clothes. you can get very close to the show by just going to bryant park. throw a bunch or flyers and cards everywhere. i don't know be creative, that's what designers should be.

Talk to people who go to Fashion Institute of Technology on Seventh Avenue and Parson's School of Design. Those are the two top schools for fashion. Learn from them.

what you can do is get abunch of friends and make them wear your clothing. or send your designs to designers good luck.
