Don't even need Bluetooth. Try tonethis.com If it supports your phone, you're home free.

What is a ringtone converter?
Purchase a cheap Bluetooth program and send your own ringtones to your phone (if your phone has bluetooth capability).
That Tonethis program is a great little program. However, when you send via Internet your phone company charges kilobyte usage. If you're going to create many files I would suggest investing in a cheap Bluetooth program. After your initial cost for the program everything else would be free (i.e. send from your PC to your Cell, etc.)
