Was going to wonder if you had a third choice when you eliminated not only creation but evolution.
Ever think that "decay" wasn't part of the original creation plan? and that pain is a very important part of evolution?

If you read your Bible you would know that some people use to live past 900 years. They may have had several sets of teeth. And we do have two now. The smaller set comes out, the new, larger one comes in.
Back before sugar was so popular people did not have all these teeth problems either. They ate what they could grow. Even when I was a kid there was still a country store I could go to and buy a pickle from a barrel. Boy were they good! And the size of a large cucumber, not a small one.
We are what we make ourselves. Don't blame God if you eat too much candy. He did not tell you to.

If aliens brought a race of beings here, and had the technology to transport these beings between planets nee solar systems to a planet where they could survive, wouldn't they have provided better technology to start the new world??
God created man, and gave him a perfect world and life, when man fell from grace with God he was left to life with the pains and suffering of life, God created a plan but did not guide our every action.
God sent someone to create the toothbrush, dental floss. and tooth paste, but do all people use them???
Incidentally teeth are essential parts of the body as eating is difficult without them and people with poor dental hygeine have other health problems associted with that.
The brain is encased in bone it is the only organ on the body this has occured with, it is protected by layers of protection and cushioned in fluid it does not need sensory nerves as they would not have access to anything to sense. However, other structure in the brain do feel pain thus headaches, sinus pain etc..
Your logic is flawed

Remember when we, humans were first made. We were perfect beings, but when Eve, then Adam sinned they lost perfection for us. Now in case you hadn't noticed, we suffer much more than a lousy toothache. We suffer with incurable diseases and viruses such as cancer, arthritus, aids, herpes, dwarfism, gochez disease, blood disease.
After Armageddon, though you should know this, all of illnesses and pain and suffering will be removed from mankind after the 90% of the world's population evil ones are destroyed in the world, and the last sin to be removed from mankind is death.
You appear to have a lot more studying to do if all you can come up with is a toothache that ails mankind. Take a look around you. Cancer is one of the most harshest ailments to mankind. You need to do your own personal study and private prayers to God in order that you come to attain accurate knowledge.
Good luck.

Actually toothaches are mostly a human creation. People who do not consume artifical sugars rarely have substantial tooth decay until late in life. Since modern medicine--a human invention--has prolonged our lifespans, we are faced with the problem of our teeth wearing out before the rest of us.
As for why we don't have shark teeth, we are omnivorous creatures. Our various teeth are like a toolkit of cutting instruments--incisors for biting, canines for ripping and tearing, and molars for grinding. The combination of tools in our mouth give us the ability to consume any kind of food, as opposed to specfically meat.

The reason we have disease and aches and pains, is because of sin...when Adam and Eve sinned, they brought pain and suffering into the world. In the Garden of Eden they were perfect but by disobeying God and trying to make their own decisions, they listened to Satan instead of God. People still do that today, don't they?
..God gave them free will, so don't blame God that they chose the wrong path. If they had followed God and obeyed him, we wouldn't be in this mess we are in....

Never wonder why there's pain, or sadness in your day.
You will never know the good, unless you've been that way.
God didn't make you. You are a piece of the whole that is Deity. We all create what we are in relevance to what we are not, and experience is the reason for it all.

I don't believe in ID by any means. But rotting teeth are a product of refined foods. That caveman they dug up from 6000 BC had perfect teeth, and he was well into his 50's when he died (from an arrow wound).

You get a toothache because you don't brush your teeth. How difficult is that to understand.

After God made all of the animals and humans, he made the worm (the lowest form of life). The worm was unhappy. He said, "Every other animal has something, but what do I have?" God heard the worm and said, "You can have the fig." The worm said, "What do I want with a fig? I want a tooth! Let me suck on the human's tooth to get my nourishment." So God let the pitiful worm have his tooth, and that is why we have toothache.
