No. Once a Christian has accepted God's gift of salvation, he can't lose it. We still sin, but we repent to maintain a close relationship with God. I hate the way I feel when I know I've sinned against God. I pray to Him and repent and I feel closer to Him again.
Sin still affects Christians but we know we've been forgiven and because of that we try to live our lives God's way in thankful obedience.
Just remember that in spite of the humanist propaganda, Christians do not feel that we are superior or that we're perfect. We just have the peace that comes with knowing that our eternal salvation is guaranteed.

You don't lose salvation the way you lose or misplace your wallet. We can trow the gift of grace back in God's face.
We have freedom of the will and there is no such thing as irresisitable grace since all grace is a gift and 'an offer you can't refuse' is not a gift.
When we willfully and premeditatively choose serious, grave and deeply corrupting evil we evict God from our lives even if we still tell ourselves we still believe in Christ and His Goodness. God is merciful but also all good and all just.
The state of Grace and the state of Mortal or Deadly Sin (1 John 5) cannot coexist.
At the Judgement Jesus says "What you did to the least of my brethren you did to me" not"You made a profession of trust in me and i don't care how you do harm to othersor how wicked you have become. You got my fire insurance."
Living in unrepentant mortal sin and thinking that dead believing will hide my sins from God is an eternally fatal folly.

no! A Christian finds it hard to lose salvation. Once you are saved by Jesus in the waters of baptism, you are protected by that salvation and all you have to do is to repent.
so as long as a saved Christian repents for his or her sins, then his name is cleared in the Book of Life

No, but we need to repent. If we don't we can get stuck and satan can torment us with it. We need to repent to feel clean and be able to move on to the other things that God has planned for us.

No. If we sin, we can confess it, and Jesus is faithful to us.
If we are sincerely following Him, nothing can take us out of His wonderful hands.
