are there any programs that alow you to slow down the tempo of an audio file, or if you can do it with wmp or itunes?

Easily Done In Windows Media Player.

Open WMP > View > Enhancements > Play Speed Settings.

You can download one called Audacity for free at http://audacity.sourceforge.net

I'm not sure if it'll work with WMP or iTunes, but you can burn those songs to a CD, then rip them from the CD in whatever format Audacity can read.

With the software i have i can change the pitch but not the tempo. The pitch changes it to 33rpm 78rpm. if this helps.
