Anything under 40 hours a week can be considered part time. Many companies will only have you work under 40 hours so they don't have to pay benefits.

Lets work backwards: full time is typically 8 hours a day 5 days a week for 40 hours. Less than 40 hours can be considered part time, but some employers will consider 35 or even 30 hours a week full time. But some will have employees work "part time" for 35 hours a week so that they don't have to offer benefits.
I just read a question where a kid was working 7 days a week for 3 hours a day That is part time. An employer might have an employee work 2 days a week for 10 hours each. That would be part time as well.
Part time is really how your employer defines it.

You can't do the math? $7.50 * 20 hours is $150 per week. $30,000 / $150 = 200 weeks. That's almost 4 years. That does not inlude taxes and other deductions. Not sure if you were asking about "making" $30K or "keeping" $30K. If you want to actually accrue $30K, it would probably take closer to 7 years.

It depends which shift you work. You could work at any time of day, but your total hours could be anywhere between 10-20 hours a week.
