I am just recently staying at my sis' place on the weekends. She gets really angry at every little thing that's out of place, like a dish in the sink, a plugged in adapter not in use, a wet towel on the floor, etc. Every single time she gets mad, she yells and screams like a maniac. Most of the time, I don't even know why since I don't know every pet peeve of hers. I am beginning to despise her very being and hopes that she stays the bitter old maid that she's become (almost 40 & single). How to deal?

She's your sister. She's family. No matter how pyscho she's being- you can't turn your back on family. Take the time to understand why she's acting the way she is. You never know- she could be going through a rough patch. People are sometimes SO misunderstood and all they need is a little one-on-one conversation to smooth things over. Good luck and don't forget she's your own flesh and blood. =)

I was married to one of those. She had to have everything her way, in her place at all times or she would get angry. She would make me wait for her, make me late often, but if I made her wait 5 seconds before meeting her at the door, she would throw a fit and ruin my day.

The only thing to do is stay away from her. Get away and stay away. Soon she'll wonder why no one wants to ever spend time with her. Maybe she'll get a clue, maybe not. Just don't let her poison you.
