Whole grain cereals, like oatmeal, kasha, bulgur all "stick to your ribs". It really doesn't take much effort to cook them. A bit of protein such as an egg or some cheese will also keep you satiated for a long time.

Oatmeal and a piece of protein like bacon. The oatmeal will keep you full and the protein will keep your hunger down and give you energy.

Oatmeal with fruit mixed in (fresh made, not the stuff in packets) tends to stick to your ribs more throughout the day.

You might want to try eating meat.
Sausage, bacon, sausage biscuit.
stuff like that.
(maybe even dinner from the night before,
that usually tides the hunger)
And try eating as much as possible.
