can you ever have too much watermelon?

i know it's a fruit, and it's healthy and quenches your thirst pretty good,

but i am on a lite diet, so i was curious to know...

Watermelon is good for you, low in calories and packed with vitamin A. Eat all you want, just remember it still has alot of natural sugars in it, and sugars can turn into fat. Not trying to scare you off of it, but don't eat all watermelon or all fruit, make sure you put some veggies in there somewhere.

1 cup of diced watermellon = 50 calories 11 carbs so you'd better count the calories.
