The Catholics are wrong. They are the remnants of a political movement, not a religious one.
Most of the protestant denominations are wrong, though some just on minor points.
The non-denominational churches are closer to the truth but they're wrong on some counts -- which ones varies a lot from church to church.
Any church that denies that Jesus is the Messiah and that he came in the flesh is wrong. Any church that denies that Jesus is of the same essence as God is wrong. Any church that practices the Old Testament law, or substitutes something new --- like baptizing babies or keeping a "Sunday sabbath" -- is wrong.
However, not all of these things will keep their adherents from heaven; some are minor points of doctrine.
This is a bigger question than can be answered here.

Some claim to be exclusively true, some claim to be more accuate than others, and some claim nothing more than better atmosphere or better music. As for which are true, what kind of answer do you expect to hear? Members of each denomination will insist that their denomination is true, and that won't tell you anything.
If you want to decide which is true and which are false, you have to determine some criteria. Is the oldest more accurate? The one closest to the teaching of Christ, the early Church, or the Apostles? The one that makes the most sense? The one that follows the Bible most closely? The one that is least bound to the Bible? The one that most closely resembles pre-Christian Paganism? The one that most closely resembles Judaism?

The only way to tell which ones are right and which ones are not is to test them by the Bible. Any denomination that teaches that all men are born in sin, and that Jesus, the son of God, was born of a virgin, that he lived a sinless life, that he was crucified in our place, that he was resurrected again on the 3rd day, and that repenting of our sin and accepting the truth of Jesus is the only way to eternal life. This is the gospel and it is the commission of every christian to spread this message. I am not a member of any denomination myself. I merely believe and try to follow the word of God.

You will have to die first to answer this questions, because only God knows which one is right. Of course, you will probably meet a few people who think they are God.
Some denominations spread hate towards other denominations, and others mind their own business. (Evengelicals/ Baptists tend to Hate Catholics, Jews, and Mormons) Personally I do not like denominations that go around just trying to disprove all other religions are wrong. I figure they should have better things to do, like worshiping God.

All denominations are false, period. Not one is right, not one. For they are all divisions of the truth, the Word, the Logos.
When one realizes who creates that division, one gains insight and wisdom to truth, the real truth. The foundation we are told to build our homes on.
The truth is 1, YHWH.
Isaiah 43:11
I, even I, am YHWH; and beside me there is no savior.
Commandment no. 1
Thou shalt have no other gods before me. (saying Jesus is God is doing this folks)
Also called: Yahweh, Yodh Heh Wah Heh, Yehowah, YAH.
Yahushua (Jesus) is just His son aka Michael the Archangel. He is not YHWH in flesh as some claim Jesus to be God, that is blasphemy of the Most High. Who sits on G_Ds right side? Michael. Who else sits there? Yahushua (Jesus). G_D is in our image, He does not have 2 right sides.
Romans 10:9 clearly shows they are separate.

The short answer is the Seventh-Day Adventist church. However, I don't expect that you or most of the others will believe me. But, if you are curious, I would recommend a Bible study online just to see why.

True; as in perfect?
I currently do not believe any of them are (to my limited knowledge) as there are scriptural tests/challenges for them to overcome/pass. Not all have yet!
