My cat licks my shirt anytime she wants to.It's not because the shirt is dirty,cause,when I change my shirt to a clean one she licks it.Maybe it's because she loves me,but I don't no.Can you please help me?

Probably likes your laundry soap or softener or something. One of my cats does the same thing, She will also lick the lotion off you. Does she lick your bed sheets after you wash them? Mine does and I figure that has nothing to do with how much she loves me, although, she does. She also loves my son's coats and clothes that he wears to work at Steak N Shake.

You are exactly right. She does love you. She think that you feel it when she licks your shirt, so just go along with it. She also might just like the way the fabric feels!

There might be a scent on the shirt she likes. But unless it bothers you, I would let her lick.
Some kittens and young cats lick or suck wool because it reminds them of nursing their mother. If she kneads you when she does this, she's reenacting her baby kitten behavior.

She loves you. Some cats like to lick. My cat licks everything (walls, fabric, and he loves hair). For her it may be part of scent marking, like rubbing her face on you. She wants everyone to know you belong to her.

Really, she probably thinks you smell good. If you dont like it, this may sound cruel, but trainer's suggest to kind of pinch they're tounge every time they do and it will discourage them.

I would agree that the way you smell is probably a large factor.
Maybe its your cologne..maybe even you laundry soap or fabric softner..
