My son is with my sister and she won't give him back. I have tried calling her and emailing her for almost three weeks. I went to her house today and the lawn is overgrown and nobody was there. I have custody (never has been a question about that). I know she knows that I want him because she has talked to our father. Now she's mad at him. I'm ready to press charges. Please help me someone. I'm worried about my baby. He's only eight. I know he's okay physically, but I don't want this to hurt him psychologically.

Custodial Kidnapping. Its illegal to keep your child from you. She has kidnapped him if she wont give him back. Call the police and let them know what's going on. Tell them that you last left your child with your sister and now she wont give him back. Explain to them that you are the custodial parent and this hard for you. Getting the police involved ASAP will help the situation alot.

if my sister had my baby and wouldn't give her back i'd of waited 3 min then called the cops!!
get your kid back. if there is no reason you should not have him and you have custody of him then why are you even waiting?
call the cops and they will track her down and get your kid.
though it may seem wierd to them why you have waited so long to do it

call the cops and have them picked up that is the only way she can't do this if she ges away with this she could try and take him from you in court and that isn't goign to work with you calling and getting them to work for you.

YOU SHOULD GO TO THE COPS AND TELL THEM EVERYTHING HE MAY NOT UNDERSTAND NOW BUT HE WILL WHEN HE'S OLDER. YOU ALSO DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE BEEN TELLING ABOUT WHY YOU HAVE NOT COME TO GET HIM. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING TO WAIT ON IT ALREADY LOOKS BAD THAT YOU'VE WAITED THIS LONG
